Our Mission

To work with residents, business and institutions to develop a thriving Rosedale community.

Our Vision

Rosedale will be a community where all people feel safe and connected and live in quality neighborhoods and that celebrates diversity in all forms, nourishes creativity, supports healthy living and fosters economic opportunity.

Our Community

Rosedale is a four square mile community in southeast Wyandotte County, Kansas City, Kansas (KCK). Its borders are the Kansas River to the north, County Line Road/47th St. to the south, State Line Road to the East and 18th St. Expressway to the West.

How You Can Help

Together, we can build a thriving Rosedale.

At Rosedale Development Association, our number one goal is to make life better for everyone who calls the 66103 zip code home. From businesses to residents, we are their advocates. But we can't do it alone. Whether we're building a trail, fixing a home, planting a seed, coaching youth sports or communicating community needs, you can help make Rosedale a better place to live, work and play.
