Find out how creating a planting plan for your garden plot can help you maximize garden space, get more of the vegetables that you love and save you time and money. Kansas City Community Gardens (KCCG) has developed some great new tools to help you create a garden plan and shopping list for spring, summer and fall.
Potluck: Don’t forget to bring a friend and delicious dish to share!
Cost & Scholarship: If you signup for a $15 RDA garden space, we can help you organize a monthly workday by providing volunteers, materials and tools.
A $2 or $12 income-based KCCG membership includes 10 free seed packets, a 10 pound bag of fertilizer and other benefits – like low-cost transplants, fruit trees, berry bushes and tiller rentals.
If these costs would prohibit your participation, please ask about RDA garden scholarships.
