Cal 311: The Service Request & Information Center
The Service Request & Information Center is the central clearing point for service requests and complaints. They will route your request to the appropriate department.
For recycling at home, residents can pick up one green recycling bin at the Fleet Center, 5033 State Avenue. Ask the Parks & Recreation Department and they can help to assist you. Items accepted include paper, paperboard, cartons, plastics #1 through #7, aluminum and steal cans, and cardboard. Glass is not accepted.

Kansas City, KS allows residents two time periods during the year to conduct residential open burning. Residents may apply for a burn permit at any KCK Fire Station. The permit is valid for up to 3 consecutive days during the month of April, or from October 16 through November 15 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Outside of the two specified residential open burning months, few exceptions exist.
The Unified Government replaces faded, damaged or missing Stop and Yield signs within 24 hours of notification.
Other traffic signs will be replaced within 48 hours following notification.

RDA has limited funds available for emergency assistance. To apply, please visit our office for an application. Rosedale residents can only qualify for RDA assistance 1 time per year and must receive approval from our director.
