By: Alissa Workman
Sep 7, 2017

Explore the natural magic within our own backyards!

Join us from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 16th for an afternoon dedicated to learning about nature and all of its magic through hands-on eco-activities and games. The event is family friendly, with lots of activities suitable for all ages.

Families will learn about:

  • Reptiles, mammals, insects, and birds
  • Trees and pollinator plants
  • Tracking animals
  • The Rozarks trails
  • Plus, nature-inspired tattoos, hourly led hikes through the Rozarks trails, and more!

This year we’re bringing back the popular Plot-to-Plate with a garden-inspired cook-off. Contestants can win a variety of great garden-related prizes in categories such as: Most Colorful, Judge’s Choice, and People’s Choice.
