Summer flew by like a good breeze, sweeping us right into fall! RDA staff is so excited to invite you to save the dates for our upcoming fall events. As we settle into the cooler temps of fall, we invite you to our very first family active day on Saturday, September 17. During this event we will do some routine work on the Rozarks trails and also provide a family scavenger hunt in Fisher Park. Please arrive at 9 a.m. to volunteer your time for the trail clean up; the scavenger hunt will begin directly after at 11 a.m.
To keep the fun going, we invite all our neighbors and friends to our Healthy Halloween/Haunted Trails event on Saturday, October 29. Feel free to dress up and join the ghost and ghouls as we as they wreak havoc on the Rozarks trails at the Rosedale Arch. Festivities will begin at 3 p.m., and all are welcome to stay until dark at their own risk!
As we wrap up the year, we invite community members and local businesses to our fall Business Social, which will be held at our community space at 1401 Southwest Blvd on Wednesday, November 2 from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. This is a fantastic opportunity for businesses and employees to come together, to network and discuss what is new in the business sector of Rosedale.
In culmination of 2022, our annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 13, followed by the third annual Luminary Hike at the Rozarks trail in Fisher Park, which will be set up from December 12-18. Please look out for further information and opportunities to join in as the date approaches. We can’t wait to connect with you this fall!
