Informally organized as Rosedale Community Council in 1945 as a grassroots, neighborhood-based organization, today RDA works in partnership with the community to build healthy and resilient neighborhoods through programs, events, neighborhood beautification, community service, advocacy, and more.
RDA approaches programs and services from a whole-community perspective, seeing neighbors as experts on their assets as well as needs, making them the most effective change-agents in their community.

Rosedale Community Center Priorities Survey Results - 2021
Individuals who live or work in the Rosedale neighborhood (66103 zip code) were invited to complete the Rosedale Community Center Priorities survey and provide feedback to be used in planning for a Rosedale Community Center.
Rosedale Master Plan Community Survey Results
Residents of the Rosedale neighborhood were invited to complete the Rosedale Community Survey in
order to gain feedback to be used in the 2015 Rosedale Master Plan update.
2020 Rosedale Community Needs Assessment
RDA divided the Rosedale community into seven groups for the purposes of conducting the focus
groups.
