Rosedale Development Association is located at 1403 Southwest Blvd., in a two-level historic building, where we also have individual offices available for rent for other local businesses or non-profit organizations.
Two other non-profits are housed in the offices currently, providing a friendly work environment with opportunities for collaboration. Close to I-35, this location provides quick access to both downtown KCK and KCMO, with many local businesses nearby.
Currently there is one furnished office for rent for $350 per month, a walk-up located on the second floor with a shared bathroom and kitchen space. Utilities are included in rent. The office is unfortunately not ADA compliant as stairs are the only access to the second floor.
